Creamy Chicken & Spinach Pasta


Ingredients 


8 oz Bow Tie Pasta, cooked 
4 tablespoons of  Salted Butter 
2 1 /2 cups loosely packed Spinach 
3 to 4 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped 
2 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1 cup of White Wine 
1 cup of Chicken Stock 
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 
4 Chicken Breast (cooked & sliced) 
2 tbs of Grated Parmesan cheese 
Pinch of Salt 
1 /4 tsp of Cracked Black Pepper 
1 /2 tbs of Italian Seasoning 
1 /4 tsp Garlic Powder 
1 /4 tsp of Garlic Salt 


Steps 


1.  Put 1 tbs of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken evenly on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning ; add chicken to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and done. Remove chicken let rest for 5 mins then slice into strips. 


2. Add minced garlic to skillet scraping pan to loosen browned bits, add wine to pan; cook 30 seconds or until liquid almost evaporates, stirring constantly. Stir in stock; bring to a
boil, add butter once melted whisk in heavy whipping cream slowly as sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set to the side.


3. In a separate skillet over medium high ­heat, heat remaining olive oil add spinach and garlic salt, cook for 3 mins or until wilted , add cooked chicken, bowtie pasta and sauce, add grated parmesan remove from heat. Let sit for 5 mins then serve.
